HMM Consensus - Quiver
Description at <A href=https://github.com/PacificBiosciences/GenomicConsensus/blob/master/doc/HowToQuiver.rst>PacBio webpage</A> says - Quiver is an algorithm for calling highly accurate consensus from multiple PacBio reads, using a Hidden Markov Model exploiting both the basecalls and QV metrics to infer the true underlying DNA sequence.
