Annual Bioinformatics Contest from the Rosalind Team

Hello everyone,

Bioinformatics Institute, Rosalind, Stepik and ITMO University announce the third Bioinformatics Contest — annual online programming competition among individuals.

Participants will solve bioinformatics problems using programming. Last year more than 3000 people from 103 countries all over the world participated in the contest.

Important dates:

The one-week Qualification Round will start on February 2, 2019, 11:59 AM UTC. The problems can be solved anytime during this week.

The Final Round will last 24 hours starting February 23, 2019, 11:59 AM UTC. You will get access to it if you achieve the required qualification score.

To participate:

Both rounds will be organized online on Stepik platform. Registration is already open!
