Here is another very cool application of de Bruijn graphs - brought to you by Algorithmic Biology Lab in Russia !!

Today is the first release of SiBELia Synteny Block ExpLoration tool! It ?nds synteny blocks in genomes represented as nucleotide sequences using approach based on de Bruijn graphs.

One more good paper like this before the year end will make us pack and move to St. Petersburg :)
